To volunteer with Juconi you need to:

Be at least 20 years old

Have a basic level of Spanish
·
Have relevant experience
·
Cover your own travel expenses
and health insurance (in exceptional circumstances, we may be able to offer
volunteers additional assistance in the form of a modest living allowance).
Juconi will help all volunteers obtain the necessary visas and find
appropriate accommodation.
If you would like to volunteer for three months or more, please send
a CV and covering letter in Spanish to the Operational Director of Juconi.
This should include your interests and availability. A telephone or
in-person interview may be required.
Those with relevant work experience and/or training may work
directly in the field with children and families. We generally seek people
who have a background in psychology, social work or education, but other
fields and experience may qualify.
